They were super easy to work with and actually took the time to explain everything instead of just rushing through it. They showed up when they said they would, got everything done without any issues, and just made the whole process stress-free. 5 out of 5 starsWe realized last night that the fan on our hvac wasn’t working. My husband tried stuff last night, and I spent an hour trying things this morning. We desperately needed this issue fixed today, but didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg if possible. I called Nathan and he was here within a couple of hours. He solved the issue for us and our house is now cooling down. The service was awesome, and the work was incredible! So happy! See more See less

He showed me how terrible the random repairs had ruined the entire system. He immediately replaced everything at a very reasonable price with workmanship being top notch. We had a “bigger company” come out… they wouldn’t listen to the problem we were having… I called Climate Simulations on a Sunday, on Monday (today) they got the parts I needed and came out had it fixed with in 30 minutes. Awesome company and family owned. They listen and work swiftly and efficiently! Definitely amazing and will be calling them for any AC needs! See more See less

He priced me the new system over the weekend, kept in regular communication, and was here Tuesday morning to replace my system. He was extremely respectful of my time and my house.
